4. Is Chronographworld an official Invicta watch partner?
Yes! Chronographworld is an official reseller of Invicta Watches in the UK. You can view our official authorised Invicta watch seller certificate.
5. Does Chronographworld sell other watch brands?
We offer some of the most affordable watches from a number of established brands including Timex, Seiko, Lorus, Casio and others.
6. Will I be charged charged customs fees and import duties if I purchase my watch from Invicta directly?
Yes. If you live in the UK, when purchasing your watch direct from Invicta, it will be shipped from the EU meaning you may have to pay additional customs, taxes and duties. Please take this into consideration when calculating your purchase price. When buying your Invicta Watch online at Chronographworld this will not be the case as we ship from the UK.
7. How much is shipping?
Shipping in the UK is FREE for all orders. International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout so you can see exactly what your shipping cost will be. Our shipping is calculated on order weight to ensure it is as fair as possible.
8. How long does it take to ship my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, occasionally this may be longer during busy periods. Once your order is ready to ship, the UK tracked DPD service takes around 1-2 business days. The rest of the world (tracked shipping with UPS) is approximately 5-10 business days, depending on location. For more details please see our delivery section
9. How do I register my Invicta watch to get an extra year free warranty?
Invicta Watches in Europe provide warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. IMPORTANT - For your FREE extra 1 year warranty (therefore 3 years warranty in total), please visit www.invictaservice.com in order to register your watch.

11. How do I change the battery on my Invicta watch?
It is important to get your watch serviced, repaired and maintained properly to ensure the warranty remains valid. Changing the battery is not a simple task and it is easy to invalidate any waterproof resistance the watch may have. We recommend contacting Invicta service using the details above.
12. What if I cannot see the Invicta watch I am interested in?
If we do not have the Invicta watch you would like in stock please do contact us! We will be able to advise if this is a watch we can request into stock and advise price and delivery timeframe if this is possible.
13. Is it possible to return my Invicta watch?

14. Do you ship to the US?
Yes we do ship to the US. Orders will be shipped with a tracked UPS express courier service. Please see our delivery section for further information.
15. Do you ship to the rest of the world?
Yes we do ship to many countries around the world. Again, orders will be shipped with a tracked UPS delivery service with costs determined at checkout. Please see our delivery page for more information.
16. Do you ship to Europe?
Unfortunately due to post brexit trading rules we are unable to ship to EU member states at present. We are however delighted to ship to European countries outside the EU eg EEA countries.

17. Is my watch waterproof?
Most of the watches in our collection are waterproof to varying levels of pressure resistance. We do not recommend showering with your Invicta watch even if it is waterproof due to the high temperature differences between hot and cold water immersion. Please visit our are watches waterproof page for more detailed guidance.
18. What is an automatic watch?
An automatic watch is powered by your wrist movement, while quartz movement watches are powered with a battery. Having owned both options, watches by Invicta are reliable and accurate, so it really a personal choice. On the one hand batteries eventually will need replacing in time, whilst automatic watches need to be worn to generate the power to work so there are subtle differences between the 2 options.
