- Invicta Watch Europe provides a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. You can obtain a further FREE 1 year extra warranty, (therefore 3 years in total) by registering your Invicta Watch purchase at www.invictaservice.com.
- It is important to act promptly and register your Invicta watch as soon as possible after purchase. Any delay may affect the eligibility for warranty coverage.
- It is crucial to keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claims.
During the warranty period, Invicta will repair or replace any watch that exhibits defects in materials or workmanship, free of charge. However, it is important to note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Once your warranty claim is initiated, the Invicta Europe service centre will assess the watch and determine the appropriate course of action. If the issue is covered under the warranty, they will repair or replace the watch accordingly. However, if the issue is deemed to be outside the scope of the warranty, you may be responsible for the repair costs. Other watch parts, for example the glass, crown and the band / strap are not covered by the warranty.
It is worth noting that the Invicta watch warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the watch. If you decide to sell or gift your Invicta watch, the subsequent owner will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
In the following examples there may be charges / costs for repairs and / or replacement of parts, during the warranty period:
- Defects or damage caused by improper use or carelessness;
- Defects or damage caused by fire or water or a natural disaster, like an earthquake;
- Defects or damage caused by improper repairs or modifications by third parties;
- Changes that take place during normal wearing (wear and tear and aging);
- If no proof of warranty or purchase will be submitted with the watch.
In conclusion, the Invicta watch warranty provides valuable protection against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. By understanding the terms and conditions, and following the appropriate steps for warranty claims, you can ensure a worry-free ownership experience with your Invicta timepiece.
